Adam Hutcheson received his BA in Psychology at the University of Alabama in 2002. He attended graduate school in
the Experimental Psychology program at the University of South Carolina where he received his MA in 2005 and his PhD in 2007.
His primary research interests include general spatial cognition and the use of virtual environments in spatial research.
He regularly teaches Intro to Psychology, Research Methods, Laboratory in Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, and Survey of Learning & Memory.
