Kimberly is a school psychology doctoral student from Chapin, South Carolina. She is a 2015 graduate of Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina, where she received a B.A. in Psychology and a B.A. in Studio Art (with a concentration in painting). After graduating from Furman, Kimberly spent one year working as the Medical Records Coordinator and Administrative Assistant at The Haymount Institute of Psychological Services in Fayetteville, North Carolina, a mental health private practice that serves adults, children, and families. Kimberly is currently studying under the mentorship of Dr. Scott Huebner and Dr. Kimberly Hills in the positive psychology lab. Her research interests broadly include positive psychology, child life satisfaction, and resilience. Outside of school, Kimberly enjoys traveling abroad and spending her free time with her husband and their Newfoundland puppy, Bo!
